Eagles for a Cause was begun a few years ago for the purpose of supporting an organization or a cause through our athletic programs, allowing our student-athletes to have a positive impact on our community. Athletic teams choose a cause to be highlighted and supported at one of the contests during their respective seasons.
HS Girls Basketball “Eagles for a Cause”
When: Tuesday, January 9 | Varsity Girls Basketball at MCS @ 5:00 PM vs. Liberty Christian
What: Support the Varsity Lady Eagles as they raise awareness for autism.
Why: To bring awareness to autism and to support Bridgeway Academy (located in Columbus).
Bridgeway Academy is a non-profit organization with a mission to inspire the potential and celebrate the ability of every child with many types of special needs and specifically autism.
How can you support?
- Attend the game
- Purchase a T-shirt or Hoodie
A portion of the proceeds will go to Bridgeway Academy and provide many more opportunities for the children who attend there.
