Scholastic Book Fair

Help younger students fill out their book wish lists.

Office Mailings

Help stuff and seal envelopes for our grandparent pictures, fundraiser campaigns and other special projects or needs of the school.

Room Parent Volunteers

Help your child's teacher (if they need it) or choose a certain day (mornings or afternoons) to work in the office each week when the teachers can utilize your help. Activities include copying papers, cutting things out, tearing apart books, helping students with math facts, reading to students, listening to students read from their books, etc. Fundraiser and Steering Committees are needed from our school fundraisers, including the Fun Run, Annual Gala, Golf Outing and Grandparents Day Programs. Planning assistance is also needed for the Jr./Sr. High Serve-a-Thon. If you are a gifted planner or can help with logistics, your gifts will greatly help!

MCS Parent Teacher Fellowship

During the past school year, our Parent Teacher Fellowship reorganized and launched a program to serve parents and teachers in new ways. This year parents are invited to join with the PTF leadership in developing the program. If you are interested in helping the Parent Teacher Fellowship, please contact the Elementary School Office.

Christmas Gift Shop

The Christmas Gift Shop provides a safe and economical way for our Elementary students to purchase gifts for their family members. Proceeds go directly to the Christmas Food Basket project at Madison Christian Church.

Here's how you can help - pricing items, setting up the store, wrapping gifts, a shopping helper or a cashier. We also could use donated items, cash donations, wrapping supplies and goodies provided for our volunteers.

Coke Rewards Program Data Input

Help the school receive money from the My Coke Rewards Program by entering code numbers on the My Coke Rewards website. This volunteer work can be done from home at your convenience if you have a computer or laptop with Internet access. You would need to have an email account to enter the codes. Time commitment would be approximately 20 minutes per week. Check with the MCS Development Office for more information.

Development Leadership Team

Mr. Reck is looking for volunteers willing to serve as leadership team members for various programs coordinated by the Development Office. Valuable talents and skills could be utilized in helping manage or run aspects of these various development programs:
