Frequently Asked Questions

I have forgotten my RenWeb password.

Parents/Students:
  1. Visit the RenWeb ParentsWeb / StudentsWeb Login page.
  2. Click on the "Forgot User Name/Password?" link underneath the "password" text box.
  3. Enter the District Code. (without quotes) "MCS-OH"
  4. Enter the email your account is setup with.
  5. You will receive an email from RenWeb with instructions on resetting your password.
Faculty/Staff
  1. Visit the RenWeb 1 Login page.
  2. Click on the "Forgot User Name/Password?" link underneath the blue login button.
  3. Enter the District Code. (without quotes) "MCS-OH"
  4. Enter your school email.
  5. You will receive an email from RenWeb with instructions on resetting your password.

How do I log into my school email?

  1. Visit Gmail.com
  2. Enter your school email into the text box, and hit Next.
    • Student Email: FirstName.LastName@mcseaglesoh.org
    • Staff Email: FirstInitial (no space) LastName@mcseaglesoh.org
  3. Enter your email password, and hit the Sign In.

I have forgotten my school email password.

Don't panic! In most cases, you will need to contact the Technology Department to gain password reset information. 
  1. Please fill out a Technology Maintenance Ticket.
  2. The Technology Department will then contact you with information on your password reset.

I have forgotten my login for the Staff Portal page.

Don't panic! In most cases, you will need to contact the Technology Department to gain information for your Staff Portal Login. 
  1. Please fill out a Technology Maintenance Ticket.
  2. You will recieve an email from Edlio with a password reset link.
    • Reminder: Your username for the Staff Portal is FirstInitial (no space) LastName

How do I complete the MCS requisition form?

  1. File > Make a Copy (this makes a copy that you can fill in the boxes).
  2. Click on the triangle drop down menu to place a checkmark In the box for state or school funds.
  3. Fill in faculty/staff name and department and/or grade level.
  4. Fill in complete company name, address, phone, and fax information, include website when applicable.
  5. Fill in item order section.
  6. Attach pictures of items located on websites, printed from site.
  7. Include page numbers for items located in catalogs.
  8. To print from Google Chrome: File > Print > Page Orientation > Portrait > Print
  9. Sign and date form.
  10. Submit the form to your building principal for their signature
  11. The building principal will either approve the requisition request or return for further information.

How do I print the my buildings copier?

  1. Click on File – Print
    1. If using Google Chrome you'll need to click "print using system dialog" to get to the next screen
  2. Click the “Show Details”, tab
  3. Printer: select: JR-SR COPIER or ELEM COPIER
  4. Click on “Preview”, or "Safari" and change it to “Job Log”
  5. Enter your user ID Name: First Initial, Last Name
  6. Select Locked Print
  7. Enter Password: Your copier ID code
  8. Check mark enable user code
  9. Enter User Code: Your copier ID Code
  10. Click Print
