Madison Christian School students in Grades 5-12 present the classical musical, Meet Me in St. Louis:
The world is coming to St. Louis! There will be automobiles, electric lights, and all kinds of technological wonders! Excitement fills the air for the Smith family and all of St. Louis as they eagerly anticipate the coming of the 1904 World’s Fair to St. Louis! But father’s big job opportunity in New York City threatens the family’s hopes and dreams and one budding romance. This classic musical is full of love and good-natured humor. You’re sure to recognize many of its well-known tunes, including “The Trolley Song,” “Meet Me in St. Louis,” and “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.”
