Athletic Administrative Assistant/Site Manager
The Athletic Administrative Assistant/Site Manager supports the Athletic Director in overseeing Madison Christian School’s youth, middle school, and high school athletic programs while modeling a Christ-centered lifestyle and upholding all school, league, and OHSAA guidelines. This role provides leadership in fostering a culture of professionalism, integrity, and Christian sportsmanship; assists with scheduling, coach supervision and evaluation, eligibility verification, policy implementation, and communication; and helps resolve program-related concerns. The position also manages game-day and facility operations, including coordinating support staff, supervising contests and practices, preparing and securing facilities, handling event finances, and ensuring a welcoming experience for visiting teams and officials. Additionally, the role provides direction and oversight for the Madison Christian Youth Athletic League (MCYAL), leading programming, managing facilities, supporting participants and staff, and ensuring successful execution of all youth athletic initiatives. Coaching Positions
Madison Christian School seeks coaches who desire to impact students through athletics and to help them become strong Christian leaders. All interested candidates must have or be able to obtain all ODE/OHSAA certifications. All MCS coaches are required to have a current Pupil Activity Permit through the Ohio Department of Education. Faculty Openings:
Teachers at Madison Christian School are committed Christ-followers who seek to share the Gospel through their words and lives. Our school is distinctly Christ-centered and classical. Teachers serve in tandem with our entire teaching team through implementation of classical pedagogy in the classroom, using time-tested methods and resources to educate the current generation for eternity.
Art Teacher
Madison Christian School is seeking an art teacher for middle school and high school students. This teacher is responsible for instruction of students in art and art history, exposing students to what is good, true, and beautiful in both appreciation and visual art techniques. Teachers focus on leading students toward the truth of Christ, creating an atmosphere of structure, challenge, and comfort for the students, as well as partnering with the parents to develop strong Christian leaders. The teacher must be willing to develop their pedagogical knowledge of classical Christian education, and be involved in working with the team in the ministry for our students. Bachelor's degree required. Candidates with degrees or experience in art, art education, or art-related fields are encouraged to apply.
Substitute Teachers
Madison Christian School is actively seeking substitute teachers who are committed to Christian education and who desire to serve at a vibrant and growing Christian school in the suburbs of Columbus, Ohio. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree (any), ODE Substitute License, and Background Check.

Facilities Team Members
Madison Christian School is looking for a reliable, dependable, and energetic person to join our facilities cleaning team. This position offers flexibility with shifts available in 2 to 8 hour increments for both weekdays and weekends. It could be a perfect second job opportunity for anyone needing to earn extra income. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Cleaning of entryways, hallways, classrooms, and offices, sanitizing restrooms and breakrooms, wiping touch point surfaces, vacuuming carpet, mopping and sweeping floors, and emptying waste containers.
Requirements: Cleaning or related experience preferred, clean background check, and have a reliable vehicle.
