Extend classroom learning at a family-friendly community event called Days of Knights, a medieval living history experience. A whole village is set up like the Middle Ages. All the people in the village are dressed in character and will help you experience parts of medieval life. This time period is most closely linked to our 4th grade history, but there are pieces that lend to more understanding of our 3rd and 5th grade history periods as well. This event is totally free to the public and is held at Charles Alley Nature Park in Lancaster, OH. Here is a link for more information.
