Re-enrollment for 2018-2019 school year

Priority enrollment will be given to currently enrolled students, and new students who are siblings of current students will receive preferential consideration once all current students have been processed during the re-enrollment period. New students who are siblings will complete an online application, which is found on our MCS website under the Admissions tab.

Classes will fill up quickly, so we encourage you to complete the re-enrollment process, and online application for siblings, if applicable, as soon as possible to insure your child’s enrollment is complete and a seat is secured for the 2018-2019 school year.

In order to complete the re-enrollment process, you will access Parents-Web through your existing login, via Renweb. If you do not have a login, please follow the Instructions for Creating a Parents-Web Login.

To access Parents-Web:

- Please go to www.renweb.com

- Select Login from the menu bar and Parents-Web Login from the drop-down menu.

- Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.

- If you need to create a parent account, there is a link at the bottom of the screen that says, “Create new parents-web account.” Click on the link and enter the district code as MCS-OH. A valid Renweb email address is also needed for authentication purposes.

- Upon logging in to Parents-Web, click on the Family Information button in the left menu.

- Finally, click on the Enrollment/Re-enrollment button to edit your student’s information.

The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved should you need to quit and return later.

The Instructions and Enrollment Checklist page of the enrollment packet contains supplemental enrollment forms that also must be submitted. Further instructions on these forms are provided online.
