Volleyball
MCYAL Volleyball is designed for girls in 3rd to 6th grade to learn fundamentals from current MCS players, coaches, and volunteers. Students will have the opportunity to grow in their skills through drills, practice, and games.
6 Sessions
At the completion of the school day, students participating will change in the elementary building and meet in the middle school multi-purpose room. MCS players and staff will walk students to the high school gym for all volleyball sessions.
Pick-up will be at 4:45 PM in the high school gym. In order to honor the commitment of our coaches and volunteers, please arrive promptly for pick-up.
We encourage you to send your student to school with a labeled water bottle to use during MCYAL sessions. (A water bottle filling station is available in the high school.) Many students are also in need of a snack between school and MCYAL. We encourage healthy snacks to help give them energy for their practice (e.g., grapes, bananas, granola bars, crackers). Snacks will not be provided by the school for students.
Enrollment is limited to 30 girls in 3rd-6th grades.
Participants must bring a water bottle each week. Please put your child's name on the bottle.
