Attendance Reporting

Madison Christian School has an email address for reporting attendance. All parents should use [email protected] instead of emailing the administrative assistants in each building. All late arrival, absence, and early pick-up notifications should be sent through this email address.
Using this email address will serve as your written excuse except for medical absences. Medical absences still require a doctor's note.
Please include the student name and grade level in the subject line. In the text of the email, please provide the date of the event and the reason why he/she will be missing school. (If it is an extended absence, please indicate the expected return date.) See examples below.
Even though this email account will be monitored throughout the day, we ask that you continue to submit this information by 9 a.m. each day.
SUBJ: John (8th) & Abigail (5th) Adams 
MESSAGE:  Abigail will be arriving to school late today (9/17) at 9:30 a.m. after her dentist appointment. I will be picking up John today 9/17/21 at p.m. for his dentist appointment.
SUBJ: John Smith (1st)
MESSAGE:  Johnny is home sick today Thursday (9/16) and will likely be out Friday (9/17) as well. He will hopefully return to school on Monday if he is feeling better.
